Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is a leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating nursing functions within a unit. The CNM provides coaching, feedback, and collaboration with the management team to support a patient experience and clinical outcomes. They also collaborate with other members of the nursing leadership team.
