Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is a direct supervisory leadership role responsible for ensuring high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department. The CNM directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, provides feedback and coaching to staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1-3 years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience abilities
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of KY or WV
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, AWHONN fetal monitoring, TNCC, De-Escalation Training
