Job Description
The LPN is responsible for providing a wide range of nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, busy setting. This role involves performing tasks such as vital signs monitoring, patient education, assisting with treatments, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. They work under physician direction and will assist with emergency situations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Maintain current licensure in the state of practice.
- Must successfully complete the I.V. Therapy Course.
- Technical skills in special nursing fields preferred.
