Job Description
This position requires a Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care services under a limited practice license. The role involves equipment maintenance, administration of oxygen, and instruction on various respiratory therapy modalities. The therapist will also be responsible for the safe operation of mechanical ventilators and maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Qualified in Respiratory Care
- Must be a member of the ‘code team’ for emergencies
- CPR certification annually
- Knowledge of oxygen delivery systems and equipment
- Able to perform leg and bibibular tests
