Job Description
Ariel is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Independent Personal Care Alternative (PCA) House to provide person-centered services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves providing direct supervision, facilitating skill development, and ensuring the client's safety and independence within the community. Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Six months experience in a related field (e.g., serving individuals with IDD or mental health)
- 6 Months experience providing total care to individuals
- CPR, First Aid
- BSIT certification
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- CPI certification within 60 days
- Commitment to client-centered care
