360° Recruitment: You are both a Sales Consultant and a Recruiter, and you are the interface between customers and candidates. As a Sales Consultant, you convince potential customers of Aristo and our service in the first telephone call. In your role as Recruiter, you find suitable candidates, present them to your customers, lead the interviews via telephone or video, and remain the central point of contact after the mediation. You are, similar to your current industry, the representative of your company and the first point of contact for our customers and candidates.
With the help of your personal mentor, you build your network within the Life Science industry and become an expert in your field.
You maintain and expand your candidate network, establish contacts with specialists and managers, and exchange information about current developments and trends in the Life Science industry.
You speak with managers of national and international companies on an equal footing with the goal of building long-term customer relationships.
You come from the hotel industry, gastronomy or another industry with high service orientation and are looking for a new perspective
You have a completed education or a completed study
You are communicative and like to exchange ideas with others
You have clear goals in mind and take responsibility
You bring a lot of self-motivation and see challenges as a stimulus

You speak secure German and English
