Your Job

360° Recruitment: You are both Sales Consultant and Recruiter and act as the interface between customers and candidates. As Sales Consultant, you convince potential customers in the first telephone call with Aristo and our service. In your role as Recruiter, you find suitable candidates, present them to your customers, lead the interviews via telephone or video, and remain the central point of contact even after the mediation.

You will become an expert in your market within the Life Science branch and acquire specialist knowledge in this area independently.

You maintain and expand your candidate network, establish contacts with specialists and executives, and exchange information about current developments and trends in the Life Science branch.

You speak with managers of national and international companies on an equal footing with the goal of building long-term customer relationships.

Your Profile

• You have already gained experience in sales or other areas with intense customer contact
• You have a completed degree, a vocational training with first work experience or a comparable qualification
• You are a "maker" and pursue a clear goal in mind
• You can push through tough times and motivate yourself again and again
