The successful candidate will develop competency-based training courses, design engaging learning materials, and conduct needs analysis to drive Aristocrat employees and customer performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Training, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience with instructional design in digital and virtual learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy and experience developing assessments for levels 1–3.
- Minimum of one to three years of experience designing and developing training projects, including video-based learning, self-paced simulations, and assessments.
- Experience using authoring and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Articulate 360, and other multimedia tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, or similar).
- Strong understanding of storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling for instructional content.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and remote teams.
- Highly self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to emerging technologies and learning trends.
