Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers. You will work with a team to provide technical support to drive the success of our customers. This is an entry-level position with a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Able to acquire a gaming license as required
- Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory
