Job Description
We are looking for a Sr Engineer I - Workday Integration to contribute to integration projects and deliver solutions. The successful candidate will work independently to drive end-to-end development, including requirements gathering, integration design, prototyping, testing, and user training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday Integration Development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Workday Studio integrations (design → support)
- Demonstrated success delivering Payroll & Benefits integrations
- Proven understanding of HR/Payroll processes and system landscapes
- Experience with agile methodologies and enterprise transformation
- Sophisticated knowledge of Workday Studio and PECI
- Experience with projects involving multiple systems, playing a cross-system role, and resolving functional/architectural/technical issues
