Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP) is a statewide nonprofit that partners with communities to build healthy foundations for youth and strengthen families through evidence‑based prevention programs. Its three‑pronged strategy includes after‑school and leadership curricula that target teen pregnancy, substance abuse, and anti‑social behaviors; family‑focused workshops that promote healthy marriages, effective parenting, and economic self‑sufficiency; and coalition‑building support that empowers local groups to address community‑wide substance‑abuse risks. The Program Coordinator will work with youth and young adults in Gila and Pinal Counties to attain education, industry recognized credentials for sustained employment, and career development. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating services to support participants in reaching their goal of sustained employment and self-sufficiency.
