Staff AI/ML Engineering Manager (TS/SCI) {S}

ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead a team of AI/ML engineers and contribute to the development of AI/ML applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML engineering, leadership, and technical expertise in machine learning algorithms and software development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership capacity
• 8+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications, data science, or algorithm development
• Experience with Python and data science / machine learning libraries
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: unsupervised and/or supervised machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, large datasets, Large Language Models, deep learning architectures
