Job Description
Arkadium is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a team working on Microsoft's top-performing casual games. The role involves collaborating with feature teams to design, plan, and execute quality strategies, interacting with development and automation teams, and maintaining a strong QA culture. Candidates must be available to work standard hours in the Western European Time zone.
Requirements
- Conduct manual testing (acceptance, functional, integration, regression, compatibility) with web and game projects.
- Analyze test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings.
- Find, document, and track bugs effectively.
- Develop and implement quality strategies for key features.
- Coordinate priorities across testing, data, and engineering teams.
- Maintain a strong QA culture and influence the team's performance.
