Plant Manager Job

The Plant Manager reports to the Consumer & Construction Manufacturing Director and has direct responsibility for managing the plant leadership team. The role involves leading a team of 75 employees in a fully automated sealant manufacturing facility, establishing and maintaining working relationships with support networks, and developing programs to improve quality and productivity.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Supervision and Management of Manufacturing Operations and/or Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Engineering and Regulatory
• BS or MS in Engineering or related discipline
