Job Description
The Junior M&A Lawyer Intern will assist in the management of acquisition and divestiture operations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and participating in due diligence operations. The role is a 6-month internship with the Legal Department of Arkema group.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Law - Corporate Law or DJCE
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or company in a Corporate / M&A or Private Equity department
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
