Job Description
Armand Corporation seeks a full-time Project Officer Level II with construction experience in the New York, NY area. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in construction, with 2 years of managing all phases of construction work on a similar scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Five or more years of full-time experience as a technical specialist in construction and design related fields
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat
- Additional experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and other relevant construction software
