Armand Corporation is seeking a Project Manager / Project Officer to provide operational and administrative support to the Director of Operations & Small Business Unit Studio. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and 5 years of experience in architectural design and operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management and 5 years in Architectural Design and operational support
• Familiarity with SCA policies, capital planning, design management, procurement standards, and contract structures is a PLUS
• Experience with consultant relations, vendor coordination, and public-sector workflows
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent
