Job Description
Armand Corporation is seeking a full-time Expeditor to review construction documents, zoning compliance, and permitting processes within New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing construction documents, filing, facilitating permit approvals, and researching property status. This position requires digital proof of licensure and certification, and is on-site in Long Island City, Queens.
