Quality Test Technician

Armtec Defense Technologies is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality and test departmental programs. The role involves maintaining quality assurance procedures, resolving issues with production, and improving product performance. The technician will work with supervisors, technicians, and specialists in a Camden, AR facility with a focus on accuracy and adherence to Armtec's ethical and business conduct policies.

Requirements

• Maintains a group of Quality personnel
• Actively participates in meetings with Production, Test and Management personnel
• Interacts with engineering to incorporate new ideas
• Keeps track of employee records and ensures all training is up to date
• Maintains rapport with fellow employees, customers, auditors and inspectors
• Effectively communicates ideas, work instructions and expectations
