The goal of this function is to have direct customer contact during vehicle handover/pickup, vehicle transfers between our stations, damage inspections, technical checks of the rental vehicle, and preparation of the rental vehicle (washing, maintenance) for our high-quality fleet of rental cars.
Requirements
- Implementation of the company's philosophy in daily customer contact
- Preparation of our high-quality fleet of rental cars
- Ensuring the cleanliness and technical quality of the vehicle fleet
- Transfer trips to/from our customers including a high-quality handover/return
- Reporting of technical defects (warning lights) or overdue inspections, TÜV, AU
- Close cooperation with other station employees
- Ensuring a positive appearance of the branch, high customer satisfaction and fulfillment of customer expectations
- Vehicle transfers in local transport
- Applying vehicle labels to our new and used vehicles
- Safe unloading of delivered vehicles on our company premises
