Aroma360 is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own email, SMS, and retention strategy across the full customer journey, driving lifecycle revenue and customer lifetime value through strategic automation and high-performing campaigns.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience in eCommerce or retail
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email, SMS, automation, segmentation)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong marketing copy instincts and understanding of engagement psychology
- Data-driven with proven testing and optimization experience
