1-2 years childcare experience. Associate's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (BHP may be required). CDA/current or ability to get one required

1+ year experience. CDA/Bachelor's degree. Head Start Performance Standards preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation & Insurance needed

High school education or equivalent. CDA or Bachelor's degree is needed for higher ed. Relevant experience w/ children in early childhood. First Aid/CPR certification

Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to diverse needs, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Passion for education is a plus
