Job Description
This position requires an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of supervisory experience. The role involves planning, implementing classroom activities, supervising staff, and providing leadership in the classroom setting. The position also involves providing non-essential duties such as nutrition and volunteer orientation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience teaching young children in a center based program/home day care program
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Plan for individual needs
- Establish and maintain safe learning environments
- Conduct developmental screenings
- Hold Ed Tech Certification (II or III)
- Working knowledge of Early Childhood Education
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Must pass required background checks
