Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thinks like a Product Manager and utilizes AI to code like a Fullstack Developer. You will join our Matching Team, the core engine of our business, which is fueled by four other Engineers, a Team Lead, Product manager, Agile Coach and UX designer.
Requirements
- Frontend Expertise: Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6), proficient in React.js, Next.js, and other modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
- AI-Assisted Workflow: Proficient in using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to unblock yourself in unfamiliar codebases and maximize your efficiency
- Backend Adaptability: Technical foundation and AI proficiency to understand, debug, and contribute to Backend services (bonus points if you are familiar with Golang)
- Product Mindset: Understand business metrics (such as conversion rates) and view code as a means to solve customer problems
- Communication: Negotiate scope, explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and drive clarity in complex domains
- Team Player: Strive for collaboration, pair program, share knowledge on AI workflows, and contribute to a blameless culture of continuous improvement
