We are looking for a junior lawyer who has a strong understanding of legal concepts and a keen interest in economic matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of due diligence investigations
• Supporting the creation of documentation related to corporate transactions
• Conducting research and drafting memos on relevant legal issues in the M&A context
• Creating and editing presentations and pitch documents

Requirements:

• Strong academic record
• Excellent English language skills
• Keen interest in economic matters
• Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
