Job Description
ARQIS combines legal expertise and economic insight to support investors, banks, and companies in transactions. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in various transactions within an international boutique law firm, even during legal clerkship. The position involves conducting due diligence, creating documentation, researching legal notes, and creating presentations.
Requirements
- Above-average completion of the first state examination
- Good English skills
- Interest in economic relationships and processes
- Available working hours are at least 3 days a week
