Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
- Operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Supervisory experience managing large teams
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of mechanics and ability to interpret technical drawings
