Requirements

• Hands-on technical leader with expertise in database management and architecture
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, optimization, and AI-assisted automation
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server development and architecture
• Experience designing and building database systems from the ground up and scaling them to support production users
• Experience using AI tools to enhance processes
• Strong opinions on best practices in database management, with the ability to mentor and influence others
• Bias towards action and delivery in iterative phases, emphasizing practical solutions over perfection
