Data Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering team in delivering highly impactful and revenue-generating data products, insights, and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a technical role focused on data and 2+ years of experience leading projects and/or people within Data, Analytics, or Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role focused on data, such as Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience leading projects and/or people within Data, Analytics, or Engineering teams
• Experience with modern and industry standard data tooling such as Snowflake, FiveTran, Airflow, dbt, and BI tools
• Experience building highly technical data engineering and science systems, including systems with complex analytical or machine learning components
• Understanding of common data architectures, processes, and paradigms such as data warehousing/modeling, ETL/ELT, data science model development and deployment, event streaming
• A passion for mentoring and contributing to the success of those around you
• Experience coordinating projects that have dependencies across multiple teams or organizations
• Strong organization, prioritization, and change management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Experience or familiarity working in agile frameworks
