Professional Trainee

This position is limited to graduates hired within the framework of the Graduate Program. The Professional Trainee will receive on-the-job training and participate in technical and soft skills trainings to accelerate their transformation into a befitting business role.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Graduate Program
• Work in home country to receive on-the-job training
• Participate in technical and soft skills trainings face-to-face or remotely
• Develop innovative solutions that have an impact on the business
• Promote Arrow internally and externally
• Work independently and receive minimal guidance
• Identify and resolve key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
• Take a broad perspective to problems and spot new, less obvious solutions
