Job Description
Arrow International is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and mentor a team in developing and maintaining their products, focusing on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The role involves both hands-on development and technical leadership, participating in research, production support, and code reviews. The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in a team leadership position
- Strong experience OOP design, Software architecture, Services oriented design
- Strong knowledge and experience of C# .Net, WCF, WPF, ORM Frameworks
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented development techniques
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Visual Studio .Net development tools
- Understanding of relational database, stored procedures and data access methods
- Agile Development
