Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lead or Manager within tech disciplines in the game industry
• Passion for leading people and building strong teams
• Ability to understand the balance between creative freedom and production discipline
• Confidence to handle challenges constructively and keep the team motivated through change
• Clear and thoughtful communication in English, both written and spoken
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of guiding successful technical teams in the game industry
