Baseball Data & Statistics Intern (California Collegiate League)

Data and Statistics Interns will be key players in advancing the mission of the Arroyo Seco Saints, a certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The internship will provide valuable experience in the sports industry, building a resume and career portfolio, and learning through mentoring, networking, and training.

Requirements

• Experience using TrackMan at your College or University, or in another setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data processing formulas.
• Pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in a related major.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and/or engineering.
• Represent the Arroyo Seco Saints by exhibiting a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Posses a strong attention to detail.
• Be willing to go 50 feet extra. Don't try to be done 6 inches short.
• Work proactively and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Comfortable working in groups. Interact with Saints front office members, coaches, players, staff, and staff from opposing organizations, the California Collegiate League, and more.
• Availability! Able to be responsive and send information or data to the Saints staff at possibly unusual times.
• Knowledge of baseball rules and statistic required.
