Residential HVAC Service Manager

American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage the HVAC service team. The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in Residential HVAC service and/or management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10 years of Residential HVAC service and/or Residential HVAC management experience
• TX State license and HVAC code knowledge (preferred)
• Sales experience is required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, computer, and math skills
• Ability to manage people, operations, and budgets effectively
