Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to lead residential sales strategies and direct a sales team.
Requirements
- 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.
- College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred
- HVAC sales experience/knowledge required
- Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment
- Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Strong presentation and customer service skills
- Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
- Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet
