Job Description
Join ARS as a Retail Sales Lead Specialist - Commerce and work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings. As a Retail Sales Lead Generator, you will promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups, with the opportunity to earn an additional $20-$30 per hour in commission.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Retail, lead generator, or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand and walk during shift
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
