Retail Sales Program Supervisor

We're hiring a Retail Sales Program Supervisor to help recruit, train, support, and manage a team of marketers in the Durham/Raleigh area. The right candidate must be a results-driven, goal-oriented professional with a self-motivating attitude.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and sales skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision
• Comfort reading and applying technical training materials
