Requirements

• Two years of experience providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Inside Sales experience preferred with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
• Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation.
