Job Description
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Skilled Trades Sales / Comfort Advisor to build relationships with residential homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and recommend HVAC solutions. The role offers a unique sales structure with a high-commission base, a take-home vehicle, and potential for upward mobility. This is a full-time position with weekend availability.
Requirements
- Prior residential in-home sales experience
- One-call-close experience strongly preferred
- HVAC knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces
