Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Tax Manager
- Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge
- Strong accounting, analytical, research, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of tax codes, compliance, and procedures for corporations
- Familiarity with Mexican federal, state, and local reporting requirements
- Strong experience in Maquiladora with a variety of tax operations and the ability to drive process improvements
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to communicate the benefits of tax initiatives
- Prior experience managing VAT reimbursement and obtaining VAT certification
- Bilingual Fluent English
