Job Description
Operations Manager responsible for leading US Healthcare operations with experience in Physician and Hospital Billing, transitioning projects, and building SOPs. Must have strong knowledge of client systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in US Healthcare with 6+ years as a Leader in Operations
- Experience in Physician and Hospital Billing - AR / Denials, Verification, Charge entry/Billing, Posting, Credentialing
- Knowledge of multiple client systems and clearing house
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
- Ability to work based on business requirement
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Displays a High Level of Integrity and Maturity
- Displays high level of People Management practice
- Proven participation on Improvements Project
