Job Description
The Alice L. Walton School of Medicine is seeking an Associate Dean for Student Affairs to oversee the Office of Student Affairs and provide holistic support for student success.
Requirements
- MD, EdD or PhD in relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in student affairs or medical education affairs in a medical school, allopathic medical school preferred
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, mediation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism in all matters
- Previous experience with LCME accreditation preferred
