Associate HR Business Partner - Northeastern Corridor

The Associate HR Business Partner will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering HR services to assigned departments, gaining experience in aligning people strategies with business objectives. The role involves partnering with people managers to implement HR best practices, analyzing workforce data, supporting talent initiatives, and contributing to a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist role
• Basic knowledge of HR disciplines including organizational development, employee relations, diversity initiatives, performance systems, HR compliance, and federal/state employment regulations
• SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification preferred
