Responsibilities include monitoring, maintenance, and care of existing IT infrastructures, installation and configuration of client-server systems and mobile devices, troubleshooting and error correction, user support, user management and permissions.

Requirements

• Relevant IT education and work experience
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, network technology, and virtualization, periphery
• Knowledge of working with a ticketing system
• English language skills
• Certification in Microsoft area and/or ITIL is desirable
