Requirements
- At least 3 years of business operations experience in financial services
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel
- Experience working with mission critical systems
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Passion for financial services and technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication
