Arteria AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Solutions to lead a team focused on integrating their SaaS platform with client financial institutions. This role involves strategic planning, technical guidance, and operational excellence, ensuring successful implementations and scalable processes. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and build efficient processes for future growth.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or integration leadership
- Strong background in API integration, databases (SQL), data pipelines, and business intelligence tools
- Experience working with financial institutions or highly regulated clients strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing small, high-impact technical teams
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
