Culmina Family Estate Winery is looking for a Winery Associate to provide guests with a best-in-class seated tasting experience, educate and tell the winery story, and work with the team to meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Exemplary customer service skills
• A passion for wine, food, and hospitality
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and a strong work-ethic
• Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude and ability to work well with a team and individually
• Must be able to lift 40 lb cases of wine & be able to stand for long periods of time
• Holds a Serving it Right certificate
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
