Spezialist Netzanschluss PV & BESS

We are seeking a specialist to plan and manage the integration of our Agri-PV and battery storage development projects in Germany. The role involves developing a network strategy to increase the likelihood of grid connection and optimizing grid compatibility. The ideal candidate has a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least three years of experience in network connection planning, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy economics, technical physics or economics
• At least three years of experience in network connection planning, network integration or grid operation
• Familiarity with German grid landscape and experience working with grid operators
• Knowledge of TAB and VDE standards 4110 and 4120
• Experience using grid calculation software such as DigSilent
• Experience in handling PVSyst & AutoCAD
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Experience in negotiations and strong communication skills
