Marketing Reporting and Collateral Specialist - Client Reporting

Artisan Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Reporting and Collateral Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications team. The role involves developing and maintaining reports for various company investment strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging, accuracy, and legal compliance. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as attention to detail. This role reports to a Marketing Reporting and Collateral manager and works closely with various team members.

Requirements

• Manage and own production and review for recurring reporting requirements and collateral.
• Complete and review Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Questionnaires, and other ad hoc reporting.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the firm and the firm’s investment strategies.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate, enhance or reengineer processes, methods, or tools to improve efficiency.
• Build relationships with aligned business teams.
• Work with team members to develop and implement new reporting requirements.
• Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to identify ways to add value.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
