Head of Indirect Procurement NCE

Head of Indirect Procurement based in Switzerland, responsible for leading the procurement process for Capex and indirect goods and services, and driving cost savings and innovation.

Requirements

• Procurement Management: Lead the end-to-end procurement process for Capex and indirect goods and services, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Focus on reducing the total cost of ownership and achieving cost savings through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing
• Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal collaborators to align procurement needs with business objectives and ensure seamless integration of procurement strategies
• Lead the indirect procurement Team at Visp and functional lead of the indirect team at other sites
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes and strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make recommendations for procurement strategies
• Performance Monitoring: Supervise supplier performance and resolve issues promptly to ensure business continuity and quality standards
